Want to give your kids the road map to a long, healthy life? Bring them to The Fit Kids Camp! We promote fun, fitness and nutrition through games and play. The camp is packed with lessons on sportsmanship, eating right and exercise. Your child will learn what a healthy lifestyle is all about and why it's important. A swim suit and towel will be needed for Wednesday.

Embark on a musical cultural journey, exploring folk dances and instruments from around the world. Through hands-on activities, we will create our own instruments-like Caribbean shakers and South American rain sticks-and learn unique dances and rhythms from different cultures. At the end of the week, we will have a lively performance, where we will showcase our creations, songs, and dances in a celebration of global music and creativity!
